The Steepletone NR880 LXA mixes of old retro style with the latest technology. With a handmade Classic Wooden case finished in an Oak veneer in the style of a 1940s radio that includes standard MW and FM frequencies, the NR880 really does have a vintage feel. However, the Steepletone NR880 LXA also has Amazon Alexa Dot Gen2 that has been subtly installed in the top of the radio so you have just one mains lead. All you need is someone to connect up your Alexa with an Amazon account.

Amazon Alexa is so easy to use for anyone of any age and is so handy for remainders to take medication or doing tasks, set cooking timers, playing any music or radio station, finding out what the weather doing or just getting the days news when you want it. So if you know someone who might find futuristic tech a little scary, then just disguise it in the old style!
